The Ayme truffle, 4 generations of truffle culture

In 1800 the wine culture on the slopes of Tricastin was particularly developed until an invasion of the phylloxera destroyed a great part of the wine.
It was during this period, when Joseph-Pierre AYME decided to plant his first truffle oaks. In 1850 he started harvesting the Tuber Mélanosporum. Confirmed by this successful experiment, the trade with truffle trees began.

The media likes to go to the domaine de Bramarel. Gilles receive them very simple and he shares them his passion. Many articles are published in the world press.
In the French press ( "Le Monde" ), and in German press ( "Globo das reisemagazin") and others.

"La Serre aux truffes" Le terroir à l'honneur

Le domaine a eu le privilège d'être choisi comme lieu de tournage du téléfilm " Le serre aux Truffes" adapté du roman de Pierre Sogno.
Bien entendu Fanny, la chienne truffière fût l'une des vedettes de ce film !
